Poster presentation is NOT mandatory.
If you are interested to present a poster please submit an abstract using the registration form. If you do not plan to present a poster you can submit an abstract describing your current work and why you are interested to attend this meeting.

Important Information Regarding Accommodations
- Room Sharing & Occupancy: Accommodation rates are based on double occupancy. All rooms are Twin Rooms (two separate beds).
- Roommate Pairing: Guests will be paired with a roommate of the same gender.
- Preferred Roommates: If you have already identified a preferred roommate, please indicate their full name in the designated field during registration.
- Please note that breakfast is not included in the standard registration fee.
